Ghlais wants to travel back in time, particularly to a moment in his childhood when his father was killed while defending his guest, so he could do something to save his father and rectify the path he took and led him to spend his life seeking revenge.
Hence, Al-Mudawi tries to take Ghlais back to his childhood using a time machine, but each time he takes him and his men to a different time in history and not the time he wants. So, one time we see Ghlais and his companions in the middle of the Soviet war, taking part in it through comical situations, while another time we see them in world cup matches. Al-Mudawi also takes them to a conference About women's rights, and to Palestine where they experience the Palestinian-Israeli conflict firsthand. This animated series introduces various comical situations in a frame of suspense and adventure. What makes things even funnier is that, in one episode , Manna' kidnaps Al-Mudawi and tortures him using risible methods in order to get him to reveal the secret that's between him and Ghlais. Al-Mudawi comes clear about the time machine's ability to take people to different times and places, and Manna' uses that discovery to get rid of Ghlais by banishing him away from the desert.
